How It Works

BEFORE YOU ORDER

  • Make sure your location is within our service area.

  • Contact your host location to see if they will allow us in before your arrival. Depending on the set-up we need 1-3 hours.

  • Contact us with specifics of your celebration to make sure we are available and can accommodate your request.

  • We will give you a final price. Payment is due upon approval of the price.

AFTER YOU ORDER

  • We will determine the best way to stay in contact so we can share pictures or ask you questions as we prepare for your special celebration.

  • Just relax and get ready for the big day.

  • Enjoy your surprise!

AFTER YOUR SURPRISE

  • Take down all of the decorations.

  • Dispose of the disposable items.

  • You are welcome to keep anything we’ve used to decorate but we try to reduce as much waste as possible so if you’re not planning to keep something please pack those items in the provided box or bag.

  • If you aren’t keeping the mylar balloons, pop them, fold them, and leave them with the rest of the items because we will recycle them responsibly.

  • Leave the bag or box with the front desk (hotel) or follow the instructions we’ve worked out with the host (vacation rental).

Stuff We Hope Doesn’t Happen

  • If you need to cancel (So sad! 😔 ), you will receive a full refund if you cancel more than 7 days before your arrival. Within 7 days, you may receive a 50% refund. “Day of” cancellations will not be refunded.

  • We want your stay to be “drama-free” so no damage must come to the property. We are not liable for any damage due to the use or misuse of the decorations. Please be sure to leave the rental property as you found it.

  • We can not offer refunds if the hotel or vacation host isn’t able to let us in. It’s your responsibility to make sure they are aware of the event and able to assist.

  • We are not responsible if hotel staff or others disrupt your decorations before you get to see them.

  • We do our best but sometimes balloons pop or fall, especially because we don’t want to damage the property. If this happens, we are very sorry but can not offer refunds. Laugh about it, tack it back up again, and take your pics for Instagram. (Also, let us know and we will give you a special discount for your next event)
